Lonn had no idea when he set out to tourney that his life would get so complicated. Returning home only made it more so.
Fleeing Merribellith with Caetriona aboard a stolen steamrunner, he sets his course, determined to uncover the Gazer’s riddle and liberate his former crew, unaware of the growing dangers mounting against him, not the least of which from his own family.
From one end of the known world to the other, alliances are forged, enemies made, and new revelations provide plenty of distraction as he learns more about living life

A confession about the cover: I have always found the Manga esthetic of detailed environments mixed with more cartoonish characters intriguing, and that has influenced this cover. It is a composite of my photographic work and illustration. While in the process, I realized my illustration work is a bit rusty and did resort to limited AI assistance using my own prompts and photographic reference points only in the character creation process.
